Room Rental Information:
Dining Room Only (no catering or kitchen access needed): $ 125 for the public, $75 for brothers
- if during heating season: $175 for the public, $145 for brothers.
A security deposit of $225 for the public and $150 for brothers is required.
Dining Room and Kitchen Facilities: $150 plus $20 per cooking appliance for the public, $100 plus $20 per appliance for brothers.

A security deposit of $300 for the public and $250 for brothers is required.
Catered Event (over 50 persons only): $25-40 per meal for the public, $20-35 per meal per brothers, depending on choices of chicken, pork, or beef. If alcohol is served, party holder must have a bartender and insurance coverage of one million dollars.
A security deposit of half of the total cost of the catered event is required for both the public and brothers.
